Expecting Moms’ Support Group

Calling all pregnant moms! If you’re due November / December, this group is for you.

Whether you have been puking since day one and haven’t moved from the couch, or have had the most magical pregnancy ever, pregnancy is a crazy ride — you are growing a human! First time moms and seasoned vets alike, join us weekly to connect with other moms due in the same timeframe. There is so much focus during this time on baby (as there should be!), but MOM needs the care too!

What to expect:

Frequency: Every week

Duration: 6 weeks (1 session, weekly)

Location: Virtual

• Physical + mental health for mom

• Preparedness for YOU after giving birth
